Our export services include documentation preparation, customs clearance in the UAE, and shipping arrangements. We do not handle customs clearance at the destination country unless specifically agreed upon.

4.2 Documentation

Customers must provide all required personal and business documentation for export processing. Any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation are the customer's responsibility.

4.3 Shipping and Insurance

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Basic marine insurance is included; additional coverage is available at extra cost
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon loading at the port of origin

4.4 Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their destination country. We provide general guidance but recommend consulting with local customs brokers.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

5.1 Vehicle Warranties

Unless otherwise specified, all vehicles are sold "as is" without warranty. Any manufacturer warranties that remain valid will be transferred to the customer where applicable.
